U19s NSC Championships Day 2

It was another big day in the pool with both teams coming up against some strong opposition.

The Women's team started the day taking on the might of NSW Blues. The result was a 21 - 2 defeat with NSW showing why they continue to be the bench mark of the competition.

Later that day they played New Zealand going down 4 - 10 in a galiant effort against a national team.

The Men's team faced both NSW teams today going one win and one loss.

First up was the Waratahs with our men taking the chocolates in a deserved victory 18 - 10.

The second game for the day saw the two undefeated teams face off against each other. In this game the Blues seemed to have all the answers with Victoria having its first loss of the tournament 16 - 6.

The women currently sit equal fourth with 3 games to play before finals and the men sit 2nd with 2 games to play before finals.

We look forward to seeing how both teams perfom over the next 4 days of competition.
